Rates
Rates for translations or interpreting services vary depending on the following criteria:
- volume of the text to be translated / duration of the required interpreting service
- degree of difficulty / specific field
- language combination
- for interpreting services: depending on interpreting technique
The rates per line for translations or daily/hourly rate for interpreting services are calculated on the basis of these criteria.
Certified Translations | Community / Court Interpreting
The rates for certified translations and community/court interpreting are based on the German Legal Remuneration and Compensation Act (JVEG).
Translations
Rates are calculated per line (55 characters) or per word.
Proof-reading
Rates depend on volume and time.
Interpreting
Rates depend on interpreting technique and duration of the event.
Language Courses
Rates are based on a lesson of 45 minutes, plus travel costs.
The minimum charge for small orders is € 25.00 (excl. VAT).
Express and weekend assignments are subject to prior agreement and an additional charge.
